Book your Christmas Parties now!! On the second floor of Tyler & Downing’s Eatery is the private/ semi-private room we call Hylah’s. Named after the tenant that lived here for over 30 years (moved out when she was 99!) Hylah’s offers a really nice setting for those special events you have in mind. Beautiful stained glass windows, charming, warm and room for up to 100 guests, it is just right for rehearsal dinners, small receptions, anniversaries or whatever. To date we’ve had three weddings here as well! Call about availability and pricing, we do our best to accommodate everyone.

We want you to get the chance to sample some of the best beer and wines you may find in Iowa, the United States and the World!  We are re-evaluating when to have our Beer and Wine Tastings!! Certainly not when it is nice outside and not when the Iowa Hawkeyes are playing!!
